All 100 positions will be offered initially for free.

Then the position is subject to a rental charge.

To take over a position from someone who rented their word for free, the cost is $1

There is a scale of payments, and it goes like this for every position on the page - Free | $1 | $2 | $3 | $5 | $10 | $25 | $50 | $100 | $250 | $500 | $1000 | $5000. Anyone who pays $5000 for their word will receive it on a permanent basis and the position cannot be rented or bought from under them. It will be theirs as long as the site remains active.

It will be there until someone decides to pay the next level of rental, or for as long as the site is active, whichever come first. The site went live at Christmas 2006 and we have committed to keeping it active until at least Christmas 2010.

Yes. Essentially we will not allow vulgar words or swear words on the site and we will not allow links to sites that are deemed to be socially or morally objectionable. These include, but are not limited to, hardcore porn, child abuse, racist, hatred, violence or other similar sites. In short we reserve the right to refuse any word or link at our sole discretion. You will be given the chance to change the word or URL if we decide it is not acceptible or we will refund your payment.
